@Spraka2 Eat around double what you're eating now and sort out your workouts. For that split it should be Monday : Chest and tris, Wednesday: Biceps and back Friday: Legs and then Saturday you can add a shoulders day if you want. Wtf is a whole day for biceps?

Say you just finished a set of chin ups you can whip out some dumbbells and do some curls if you really want that pump. Don't neglect your legs as well, you'll end up looking like a curl monkey with stick insect legs.

BUT in bodybuilding are so many techniccal things that young guys coming to the gym are doing to their body more bad things as good things. I remember still now in the MR. UNIVERSE MAGAZINE an article was called INTELLIGENT TRAINING. I read it 10 times, the young guys today DO NOT READ. At least some are asking you your advise and its important!!!
@Xeando - :) :) today is much more complicated as you have 5x more pages, but 10x more publicity, and much less about technics and training. The Mr. Universe magazine, or Mr. America were having 75-80% of their pages dedicated to training, technics, weights etc. So its always possible to study from magazines, but you have to be very selective!
I usually take about 2-3 seconds to lower the weight and about 1-2 seconds to raise it depending on strength or power. I just make sure its controlled.

the answer is yes. squeeze the muscle as hard as you fucking can when you push up. so when you are doing bench to make it effective do not just move the weight focus on bringing it down controlled and squeeze/push up as hard as you can

man i dont really believe in squeezing and shit like that i mean especially when i'm benching, deadlifting, squating, doing shoulder press and those other heavy movements it's not like i can squeeze anything lmao i need to focus my mind on actually completing each rep and not stopping at 4 reps when i can do 7 and on the lighter exercises like bicep curl when i get to the top my bicep is as flexed and squeezed as it's gonna get

@nickdabeast95 still man u cant squeeze on alot of things even on say a 20 rep squat weight atleast i dont feel like i can squeeze anything it seems to me like on alot of these exercises if u can squeeze it's cus your not doing it properly thus a muscle that should be fully squeezed is not of course there are exceptions like the chest fly hahaha
