@YouMuseMe There are some "real good oldies" stations on the Internet. Radioio has a great 70's pop station that will play songs like this. As far as finding some good stations on FM radio, it's not going to happen. They only care about advertisers and ratings so they rely on their "tried and true" formulas for radio success. It's why radio is so crummy these days.

For starters, listen to those guitar harmonies -- Carlos Santana was nowhere near that on his first album (I was 16 in 1970) it had much more jazz pop/latin credibility since I was starting on guitar......"People want to....." Listen to that tritone modulation there, light years ahead of most pop at the time. And the bass line just defies words and could'nt be any tighter.
