@daart1 Ok here it is again. 60 min. = approx. 65% fat burn and 75 min. = approx. 75% fat burn which = 10% more fat burn for spending 15 more min. for cardio. 60 min.(cardio) x 5 (days/wk) = 300 mins. of cardio per wk change it to 75 min. (cardio) x 4 (days/wk) = 300 mins. of cardio per wk. Your client is doing the same cardio time but has increasing their fat burn by 40% (10% x 4 days/wk = 40%). Not sure how you got the 325% vs. 300% part. Been doing this so long I probably talk too fast :)

@daart1 Not sure where you got those numbers. If your numbers were correct we would have fat marathon runners and skinny sprinters :)
