that one girl said it's easier to find it in her bag... that's so true! i used to have a hello kitty charm on my phone that lit up when the phone rang and also had little jingle bells on it. and that's the exact reason why!! (it got stuck on a notebook and fall apart... boo)

Tuka is one of the JP cell phone providers. They had commercials with people going "It is just a phone, why all these bells and whistles?!" So they were a simple cell phone company. (Not sure if that's still how it is, 2 years out now)

I don't think she was, the girl was a "gyaru" who dye their hair and wear brown make up, they also speak in a special way in japanese like extending all the wovels I think it's because they want to be like western girls, or maybe she mimicked Jessie

i beg to differ. Japanese phones are much more powerful and have more features. the Korean phones however focus much more on design than the Japanese phones.
