Theres a jump trick you can do in this game to get up high. when you are against the wall and you are hovering just press Up at the same time as you hit the jump button. You may need to get a feel for the timing as theres a sweet spot in the button pressing speed.

Just beat all of the goals (including the special ones), on any difficulty, and you should get them.
