  • I love this carribean and jamaican style better than the peurto rican style.

  • Better if you use Coconut Oil which is more stable at higher temperatures.and adds a richer flavor. Vegetable oils, either corn, canola, sunflower become hydrogenated at higher temperatures becoming Trans Fatty Acids. Search TFA

    and you will see how harmful is to your health. With Coconut Oil these are delicious and healthy!

  • @PROFITLOGIC: I'm going to try coconut oil next.. I usually just use "pam spray" and they still come out good.. I think coconut oil will give it more "flavor."
