coffee is good! green tea has its cons, like fluoride. Lifting is one of the best things you can do for the body, heavy lifting boost GH levels. I do not think that 1-3 cups of coffee would do anything to any person who does not have IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) or colitis. No studies prove any real heart problems or anything else unless you are digestive sensitive.? Just use little organic sugar with stevia or coconut sugar. Stevia is very sweet. 20 cups a day of coffee might kill you???

No, not at all, I am starting to question that Blackjack thing. I am seeing alot of stuff about it being part of a TV Show called "Jericho". Never heard of the show, but there is information that it is about that show.

Hi,

"Jericho" was a short-lived series on CBS a couple years back. The premise was rogue elements in the govt touched off 23 nukes in major cities across the US. Jericho was the name of the town in KS where most of the action takes place; depicted how they adjusted to a world without electricity, national news, showed bartering, feuds between towns competing for scarce resources.Contract agencies hired by the successor govt imposed law and order, martial law depicted at the end of the series.

The successor govt was run by a US Senator out of Cheyenne, WY. Texas declared itself to be an independent republic, a separate coalition of states was based in Columbus OH. The good news was that at the end of the series, the army officer running the martial law from Jericho recognized the Cheyenne govt was corrupt, and refused to take orders from them.

Last episode gave impression civil war was imminent, it was shown the govt was behind the attacks.

CBS still has the episodes posted on its website. You can google " Jericho TV show" to get the shortcut(utube won't allow link).

As an aside, this show was cancelled after the first season. Viewers complained, so an abbreviated second season was shown...then show was cancelled due to ratings.

I remember thinking a lot of what was shown could be plausible, without a nuclear strike-and this was before the economy started to crash. Hope this is useful to you!

My family and I watch all 20+ episodes in 12 days. That was just 3 weeks ago. I would recommend watching it. There has been a belief that there would be a comic book continuation of the show. In regard to the Blackjack stuff...who knows, but it does seem to follow with the shows' story somewhat. We just rented it from Blockbuster. But I think it is on Hulu.
