yea the reason you cant find the service book is the video genius is not telling you its a read only file. and hello if you look right below where he clicks file on the left side the file name below says servicebooks20.ipd. AND WHAT THAT MEANS IS THE BLACKBERRY DESKTOP MANAGER THAT YOU ARE IN IS THAT FILE!!!! so genius you cant get to it !!!!!!!

I got my BB 7100i on eBay.

Everything works fine but text messaging.

I have $50 unlimited service from boost mobile.

I do not want to do master reset, because II do not want to loose my warranty from ebay.

Any idea what should I do???
