i live in canada and i know for a FACT that mexicans can come here no problem. they can hop on a plane and stay...unless immigration finds them. then they work, and NOT in very low paying jobs most of them stay for years earning good money.

Solution is to boost their educational system. So many are undereducated (so many are however). The drug cartels are screwing it up for everyone by terrorizing Mexican citizens. Yes, historical factors (on both ends) played a part in decimating their economy, but simply put like always the innocent get stuck in the middle of the conflict. If the U.S. and Mexico properly work together to rid the drug cartel and improve the educational system and infrastructure their might be some improvement...
