I first heard Honey and the Moon in American Wedding, in the American Pie series, and had to look him up. And now I love all of his songs. Or at least the countless ones I've found. =P Seems every day I find songs by him I haven't heard. This one, Black Lexus, Failed, Electrical Storm, Termite Song are my favorites.
i heard this song in a "gia" commercial a long time ago. and now i LOVE joseph arthur. this song and "in the sun" are like my two favorite songs of all time. and i'm a hard rock kinda guy. but this stuff is amazing :]
I discovered him with Birthday Card, long ago,and I have followed his career ever since. I must say, though, that I don't like the live versions he does of his own songs. It's like they're brand new songs, actually. For example, I loved the creepy and misterious sound of "invisible Hands" on the album, which is lost on this version.
whoa...i remember this one from back in '98 -it was a flick named Hell's Kitchen with Angie and Mekhi....oddly enough Joseph's discography shows that this one didn't actually come out 'til 2000. And although J's vocal is totally insane,I just can't help to think Rosanna Arquette gave a fuckin' mesmerizing performance singing this one for the movie...love it.definitely AWESOME!!!
I'm having a hard time seeing why it's simpler to knock off a couple syllables - but I also have a hard time seeing why people find it's simpler to knock off a couple letters typing - 'u' and 'gr8' and such laughables.
At least you can string together a coherent response. no harm intended, cheers.
this shit gets to me

I think everyone who saw (and loved) Hells Kitchen was hoping that this was going to be the album verison of the song.
But truth be told, your alternate renditions make you one of the most interesting live acts to see.

Jarthur is absolutely amazing.
This has left an impression.

Yes but why must you call him Jarthur?
Why do we create these ridiculous little bi-names? like BRANGELINA. Why? His name is Joseph Arthur..why can't leave it at that?
StrangerToEarth 2 years ago 2
Well, there was a time his name was in our mouth a lot, so it just seemed simpler to call him that, and it sounds nice. No harm intended.
