  • 01.28, Claude Rains cracks me up staying in character/accent for that "Aw, Christ" XD

  • Awesome clips!

    What movie is 0:53? (:

  • @jadecameron Haha, everyone seems to like and ask about that one. Here's a nice explanation from looneywoman in an earlier comment: :o)

"...looks like a scene from "Four Mothers." The blond on the platform is definitely Priscilla, next to Eddie Albert, the poor girl who slides in is the one whose character is married to Eddie's in the film (most likely Rosemary), and the man waiting in the background with the bags is probably Jeffrey Lynn, who played Priscilla's hubbie in the film."

  • Who's the one that almost fell, but the guy caught her?

  • @beyoncetyratina Here's what looneywoman said about that in an earlier comment: :o)

  • @nicoley132

Oh thank you soo much. I'm sorry for asking again, although someone already answered. I didn't look back at the other comments. But thank you so much for telling me again. And thank you to looneywoman to for saying what was happening already. Appreciate it, couldn't see there faces. :)

  • @beyoncetyratina Oh, no problem, glad to help. There's been a lot of interest in and discussion of that one it seems; it's a very amusing blooper I think. :)

  • Great to see clips from one of my favorite films of 1941 - The Sea Wolf. I'd love to see Alexander Knox's flubs from that as well as the ones we got from Edward G and John Garfield.

  • Dick Foran w/the horse (AGAIN)! Too funny!

    Who is actor at 5:20?

That egg thing makes me positively nauseus. Blechh.

  • @rem2267 Willie Best -- from High Sierra I believe.

  • is ukelele ike being forced to swallow raw eggs?

  • Are you sure it is Jane Wyman who says : "NOW LOOK ...I'VE GOT TO SEE IF YOU DON'T MIND." What is the movie she is in ?

  • @frannyzooey11 A previous comment from seckinger5000:

"To answer an earlier question: the couple in the water are Jane Wyman & Ronald Reagan in Tugboat Annie Sails Again (1940) directed by Lewis Seiler ("Now look, Seiler, I gotta see if you don't mind!")"

    Sounds good to me. :)

  • Lol, "Oh you're following me!"

    That guy is so cute.

  • At 4.40-4.5- with Bette Davis, anyone knows what is the title of that film, please? Thanks

  • @JaneKelly11 The Great Lie

  • Could someone please tell me what the film with James Stewart is? I'd be forever thankful.

  • @darkmountains7 No Time for Comedy

  • Gary Cooper's bloopers are from Sgt. York!

  • Haha love Bette, 'Well you' re not going to have it you son of a bitch!' Haha gotta love her lol :) >3

  • Who is the actress at 1:19 that 'pulls her hair' ?

  • @maddddyalice Jane Wyman it seems. :)

  • Wow ... lol, funny stuff. Odd seeing some of the outbursts from those people.

  • Ann Sheridan seems like she would have been a really cool chick to hang out with.

  • what movie is 0:51 from?

  • @sharonit2006 Four Mothers according to looneywoman.

The dude she runs into DOES look like Eddie Albert now that she mentions it. :)

  • The Bette Davis blooper where she splashes James Cagney is from the film The Bride Came COD!

  • "oooh your following me..I didn't know that!" LOL

  • what movie is that at 2:11?

    thanks :)

  • @cuzblueyes Torrid Zone

  • 5.07- 5.41 i remember that scene from High Sierra, that long monologue lmao

Bogie was a bit of a foul mouth. LOL

  • humphrey bogart was a potty mouth LOL

  • 4:55 Eddie Albert playing the part of Eve Harrington!!! LOL

  • I think Cooper was an average to Good actor depending on the role. He was visually compelling.

  • He was one of the handsomest men in Hollywood, no doubt about it. But, I think the "visually compelling" - thing can distract from the reality of someone's dramatic talent. I can get past the static posture, but he always sounded like he was reading a cue card to me--and like he had trouble reading!

  • Yeah. He's never really moved me in any of his dramatic scenes. I think he was fine in straight and some comic scenes. I wouldn't call him a great actor, but I'm not sure I'd say "lousy" either. ;)

  • To answer an earlier question: the couple in the water are Jane Wyman & Ronald Reagan in Tugboat Annie Sails Again (1940) directed by Lewis Seiler ("Now look, Seiler, I gotta see if you don't mind!")

  • Thanks! :)

  • :56 "are they hurt?" aww lol

    "And I want that child!"

"Well you're not gonna have it, you son of a b***h." i just love bette's nonchalance and the other actress just kept going

  • 'Don't pull your hair back!''

'I gotta see if you don't mind!'

  • jimmy stewart is so funny lol

  • 5:06..Willie Best!! Hero!

Champion! So cool so funny! My fav. comedian (Bob Hope) said he was the best comedian he knew...poor fella was mistreated! Sick!

Sounds like fun on set @ that particular shoot. Thanks for the post! :)

  • I just LOVE this!! Haha. Does anyone know who the people are or what film is in the clip at 0:52?

  • We were thinking the woman standing there is a Lane sister...

  • ...looks like a scene from "Four Mothers." The blond on the platform is definitely Priscilla, next to Eddie Albert, the poor girl who slides in is the one whose character is married to Eddie's in the film (most likely Rosemary), and the man waiting in the background with the bags is probably Jeffrey Lynn, who played Priscilla's hubbie in the film.

  • 1. who's the girl at 2:40 ?

    2. who's that girl talking to jimmy?

  • 1. Ann Sheridan

    2. Rosalind Russell

  • thanks! rosalind and jimmy in what movie again?

  • No time for Comedy

  • LOL! I loved Jimmy's "Oooh, you're following me..."... so cute! :)

  • Three questions:

The very first clip, who is that?

Who is that tripping and falling 0:54?

& Is that Jane Wyman at 1:20?

  • 1. No idea.

    2. Is that maybe Priscilla Lane standing next to them? Four Mothers maybe? Just a guess.

    3. I think so, but not 100% sure.

    Anyone else have any ideas?

  • I think #2 is correct. I'm at a loss for the blond in #1, though. Perhaps *that* could be Jane Wyman?

  • Another thought on #2: Definitely a Lane sister; I'm guessing Lola, but it might be Rosemary...

  • BSTO88 - The girl in the first clip (the blonde) is Jane Wyman. The guy I recognize but can't name?

  • Okay, I thought so. I want to say that's Jane and Ronald in the water...but I have trouble telling. Sounds like her..

  • Is the guy Wayne Morris?

  • Yeah Bette is hilarious in these clips.I love when she says,"nuts to that ***damn line!" That was great.

  • SOO funny!

  • *glance at the camera* "Oooh, you're following me" :D haha love that one!

  • Yeah!! That one's really good! @_@

  • haha, love it when Bette says 'well your not going to have it you son of a bitch.'

  • oh my god i noticed that too! haha, that was great.
