If you wipe your hard drive everything is gone EVERYTHING after the Formatting Process you will have to Re-install Your OS (xp,linux,vista, me)to your hard drive..
It's like when you buy a new computer fully erased. It says is e.g 120Gb Hard drive. But you only have about 110gb. This is because Windows XP, vista w.e is installed TO THAT HARD DRIVE.
thanks dude now i can fix my blue screen of death problem and re instal linux because as far as i know ot seems way more reliable
