i get a little popping sometimes but I didnt re-jet.

that is cool. I have called V&H and was told the Classic IIs do not fiit s83, because one of the pipe would be too close to the battery box and rear tire. I have heard that some riders used washer or modified the mounting bracket to get more room.

I read about that too. You can get a lot of adjustment out of the connector tube pieces. But the bolt heads are kinda close and I can see how some people might need washers. Even so, no big deal. I had no problems though.
