For the first minute the guy who played Joe wasn't grounded and appeared to fiddle with his sleeves to only busy himself. It didn't seem natural, all the fiddling with your tie and sleeves to busy yourself while Harper spoke. I did like how you had the objective of calming and persuading her about the move. The encouraging voice was a good tactic of persuading her.
Harper definitely should have been more big, more over the top. She was confined and seemed to back away from her movements.
