Wow, they turn off the seatbelt sign very quickly after takeoff. On a U.S. airline, they wait til at least 10,000 feet if there's no turbulence.

Hey guys, i have a weird problem! I really like the idea of being a pilot, i like the idea of being behind the controls and stuff! On the 30th July i will be flying to Rome from Heathrow. Now don't say I'm weird cause i like the idea of being a pilot! But, i really dislike take-offs! They freak me out a bit because when you're going up it feels every now and then you descend a little just because your mind makes you think it! and it scares me, any tips on how i can deal with it? psm great video!

@watthehell1023 hey there , this is a common feeling for a lot of people ! from what you say , you know that the airplane doesnt descent it just reduces the vertical speed and your mind makes you feel that it descends . anyway .. when you're in the cockpit this feeling is less , because as you sit further away from the nose of the plane you feel the forces more .also when you become a pilot you'll get used to the G-forces . and when you 're in the cockpit you know that everything is safe

i fly for british airways and i am a commercial first officer pilot and i can tell you heathrow is the worst airport to take of from i think its because i am so board but i am waiting for singapore airlines to get back to me about a job so hopefully i will be working for them soon and my wife works for emirates as a air hostess......so yeah i much prefer taking of from gatwick in 2 days i fly to durban i n south africa so that would be good i will upload a few takeoff videos soon : )

I love heathrow i took off from there when i went to kenya in August 2010! OMG 6:23 i can see the airplane i went on to go to kenya!!!! It is the really big one with stripes on it. I miss kenya now!

Kan allebei, zelfde als London, alle airports bij elkaar is LON en iedere airport heeft eigen code (LHR,LGW,STN etc), Amsterdam heeft maar 1 airport dus kan je ze allebei gebruiken :).
