I Awesome,its almost like working in a sort of war zone area...only difference no artillery...on a serious note its definately challenging environment,but where do they refer people needing further/advance treatment and what is the mode of transportation for those people and does anyone accompany them in the transfer?

they have RFDS support, a doctor on a telephone and they can be evacked by the RFDS
