  • having ripped muscles doesn't automatically equal optimal health

  • @JANXDPDX Something that Paul says in nearly every lecture I've heard

  • HEY is maltodextrin a poison like fructose? my shake has 86g carbs (3g sugar!!!)

  • You are absolutely one hundred percent dedicated. Men like you... make me feel like a woman. Thank You.

  • so is a 6-pack equivalent to a degree in medicine?

  • I love you! Straight, cut through the B.S. and accurate. I'm always left educated & inspired listening to you. I'm in the trenches in Flint, MI so you know I'm working hard :).

  • So Lance Armstrong or Giuliana Rancic are healthy b/c they would look "healthy" with their shirt off? My friend with no cavities or thyroid problems but isn't muscular or extremely fit is more healthy than they could wish to be.

  • i appreciate you man and your work but i have a question...that baldness is something you aimed for or is something you haven't figure out a solution for yet?

  • Hello! Have you tried intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my friend lost a ton of weight with it.

  • Paul if your reading this, understand you should be training instead.

Haha seriously I can't thank you enough for providing us this uncorrupted knowledge, although I wonder, did the Government ever threaten you to stop sharing your ideas? Because I'm starting to see our Government as ''the enemy''

  • yo paul ! can you throw something up on COFFEE ? whats your take on that brother ?

  • Vitruvian Physique! Definitely the right advice.

  • youre a beast man thanks

  • You are the techno viking of health.

  • Hey man, where's ur hair?

  • Love it. Thank you Paul. Sharing this video now.

  • You are my hero Paul. I commented on my friend's facebook earlier where he had your clip and I'll be adding you onto my site, blogs etc, as I have been a Wholistic practitioner (WHOLE) with a W for all my life and spreading the word. It is finally about time and refreshing to see my thoughts about life and self through you. Thanks for being my voice and we could all help one another. Keep up the awesome job man. x

  • I find that I can eat as much meat and veggies as I want as long as I only eat a little dairy and no grains or beans/lentils. The more protean and fat I get the leaner and stronger I am.

  • i wish there were more female doctors that would listen to you :)

  • When people speak the truth, you see it in their eyes and gestures. This guy is not a poser. He knows his shit. An it also common sense. I agree with him totally.

  • I do agree that most physical fitness instructors have no business being personal trainers or sports medicine practitioners when they are out of shape and fat!! I see them all the time at the gym and I am like "wtf... why would I give this person my money to train me when he looks like shit!". I wish my doctor looked like you!! I'd be making an appt. every week! ;)

  • Tells the truth!! Gonna have to get his book.

  • you are so right

  • But yeah, to the guy in the video. You speak the truth.

  • lol I thought you were Bas Rutten at first.

  • That chi stuff annoyed me a little but he does have an excellent presentation.

  • God, he's hot. What a body

  • you rock. i agree with your naked philosophy

  • I'm with you there.. definately you have nutritional sense. Nutrition isn't something one buys out of a box! And vitamines ARE only part of the picture, the food has to be good to support the nutritional process otherwise the vitamines can not be absorbed... Doctors just say one has a dificiancy if they have one, but never tell the people to eat better. Even in this country where nutrition is an issue that is in the forfront.

I rather enjoyed the way you explained the whole food issue.

  • Have you ever taken nutrition advice from someone with bad breath, bad skin, lopsided posture and a big flobby gut??

Or someone who's chronically irritated, portion-obsessed and thin with brittle hair?

I'm hopeful because I take nutrition advice from robust, clear, focused, vibrant, motivated people who love to eat...like Paul Chek. I put this video on my blog today (TheSkinnyOnline) so my readers can learn. Thank you!!!!!

  • if i was 46 and i looked like that...i'd never wear a shirt

  • agreed... holy fuck

  • Read his book and you will see. I mean come on look at this video and pay attention when he is talking about the glowing drinks (Gatorade, Powerade) I did so many sports and never touched these drinks. Water is the way for me. The idiots out there never think i guess about what gives the color to those drinks. (Chemicals) Oh vitamin supplies that you take, most of the will wasted since the body sees them as an enemy (artifical). Eat Fruits and vegetables Fat asses out there.!

  • lol people are talking like they are doctors and saying shit against to him that he has no degree and shit. I can say as an open minded person that this guys probably know more than those nerds out there! You don't have to go to school to know how to take care of yourself. how many people have bodies like that when they are almost 50? Are you telling me that what he says is wrong? Are you telling me that tap water is good for you? Most of the things he say is pretty real and true.

  • what a legend!!...love all pauls stuff...he knows his shit and lives it

  • Great stuff. I'm checking out all of your videos.

  • How many evil Government propagandists tell you 9/11 was done by a plane?

The US Governments "Conspiracy Theory" regarding 9/11 violates basic high school physics and the following Laws of Nature.

    A. LAW OF GRAVITY: Objects cannot fall through steel at the same speed as through thin air.

    B. LAWS OF MOTION: Objects do not fall into the direction of most resistance

    C. LAWS OF THERMODYNAMICS: Fire does not explode Steel but slowly bends it over long time durations.

  • Wow, I really hope you're not serious

  • your the man i m spreading this vid everywhere

  • Thanks for the support kheo!!

  • @kheo hahaha i was about ta say the same thing

  • Yes, a cultist for the feeble-minded. Dough-boy, your body is gross. Give me long and lean not Mr.Clean in straw pants.

    Hick.

  • Poga7 your point is valid, many uneducated individuals attempt to teach without an education and lead people in unethical and uneducated ways.

However to judge someone on the basis of a video is a great mistake, the type of mistake only an uneducated cultist would make. Furthermore to judge soemone as uneducated becuase they don't have a list of letters after there name is to judge a book by its cover, and we all know what the advice is there.

Ignorance with a voice is a dangerous thing.

  • I have a BA and currently working on a MSc in Exercise Science. You have to have credentials or your words are worth nothing in today's society. I will JUDGE and judge away unless the speaker head has some letters.

I have reviewed more than Chek's videos. I've read his interviews and books. There are some great points but there are many, many erroneous claims that he makes which are purely anecdotal. YOU can believe in Chek, that's fine, but I will enforce my freedom of speech.

  • I fully agree you should judge (evaluate) all authors work however many degrees or letters they have after their name.

I appreciate your angle its very unusual for someone to put a coherent argument together on here.

I would love to discuss some specifics?

zones? gut irritation and LBP, totem pole, benefits of MT typing, negative aspects of cv training? whic points do you think are inaccurate as if i'm doing something wrong i would love to be helped.

    Thanks

  • Immanuel Kant said (paraphrasing) that the silent man withholds information and is disingenuous. The loud, raucous man says too much and thus lays all his cards playing himself the fool. I spook to liberally of Chek at first. Though he holds no formal degree(s), he has changed peoples lives for the better. We need more voices with positive reinforcement to get society out of this chronic, global obesity epidemic. We're at roughly 65% right now people. I will continue... along these thoughts.

  • wtf is all of this BS non-sense about degrees? i'll take that old classic that everyone knows and remind poeple that you don't have to have a degree to know wtf you're talking about

Ever heard of Bill Gates? you know you dropped outta high school?

this guy has fucking TWENTY FOUR YEARS of experience. i think he knows A LOT more than a buncha university book nerds do about nutrition put together.

nice try but letters are just letters. Experience and perseverance is key.

  • Great reply, you win at life!

  • who knows what they teach them at schools nowdays anyway. if you teach medical staff its okay to give babies 25 vaccines before the age of 2 in U.S., then to them that is the undeniable truth, no matter that some children are getting sick from those cocktails. if you teach them that fluoride in water is good for your teeth and is not bad for you, nobody can dissuade them, no research, no nothing. But, statistics show what the health care system in u.s. is like.

  • I remember the day I got a vaccine shot at the doctors vividly right before kindergarden. I was very very opposed to it. I had been happy and healthy and now i was going to be forced to get a needle in my arm, and for what. I have been ever changed from that moment on. I simply know it. Now that I think on it, its just ridiculous and a sad memory, there was a lot of crying, and I dont beleive i was naive at that time, i think my attitude was very appropriate.

  • Okay! Now take your pants off!

  • TRUE! VERY GOOD!!

  • Ilove Dr Paulcheck

  • the guy has some dubious teachings, ive read lots of his stuff online and not too impressed

  • Paul you are a rock star!!! Tell it like it is so more stop playing ostrich and pull their heads out of the sand or should i say their asses!! whoops, did i just say the A word???? I guess that was pollitically incorrect!!! jajajaja Love, Ximena Gonzalez

  • "the little zoo" - love it!

  • I first saw Paul Chek in PT on the Net when I was looking up some info for ab work in his article series Abs in or abs out. After that I was hooked, for health no one is better. Thank you for all the great info!

  • I have been a part of the C.H.E.K. movement since 2000 and have to say that Paul just keeps getting better and better. I always feel so motivated and uplifted after hearing him speak. I can't wait for HLC III. (I just completed HLC II in December). Keep it up Paul!!!

  • they said that red meat is bad for the man, because they cannot make it easily a bar, or a liquid. i healrd about liquid grains, or a bar with grains, but i havent heard a steak bar. it just convinient for unhealthy people to say that a healthy body needs to be 20 hours a week in the gym, they cant afford so much time. paul showed the truth.

  • great video

  • Paul, your truth makes me laugh and cry. More need pay attention to what you are teaching.

Mom always said, "give your money to your grocer not your doctor" . . . .

  • Excellent Quote! Thank you for sharing!

  • talking the talk and walking the walk. Done right

  • Great stuff Paul. I've got your book and the new e book and they are really good. Thanks for all your work

  • Paul, you are given Jack LaLanne a run for his money. Keep on motivating us all...we are listening.

  • Right on wedmama! Thanks for being the wind in my sails. Isn't it interesting how we motivate each other?

I'll just keep on keeping on until someone stops me, hehe.

    -Paul
