You can see light coming through the edges of these doors. Where is the weatherstripping? If they were properly latched and were firmly pressed against weatherstripping, they wouldn't wobble in the wind. These almost behave as if they were interior doors... They aren't even in their own frame, it loos like someone installed them directly into a rough opening. This is 100% the installation.
Wow - You can tell whether or not the doors and frame are plumb from this video (they are)? That's pretty amazing for someone who can't spell the word "saddest". These doors were fine until the first winter when the winds kicked up.
@newworld1961 This is typical performance for their product. Don't blame the installation for products that are shipped out of square and out of true, fabricated from fast growth pine that twists and rots. Don't expect to find good window and door at the box store. This firm has the worse customer service of any company. Hides behind stealth blocked phone numbers, caller id says "not available". Rep won't even bother to bring up the email that has photos and drawings attached. Avoid.

@coalbuilt What goes around comes around. My windows have a row of waffle staples where nails belong. Was drinking on the job common there?
