@mrrightnow9 as you blow up the building before that the is a little box once you get to the door of that bank go to the left dont jump the little building go on the other side of it and grab and push until its in the middle of the bank or door and press the button above the section where you got the bombs and step on it they will fall but unfortunately

There are explosives in the house. left of the bank. Blast the floor away, get down to the 2 player part, (which only requires one if you do it this way,) and get your loot.

A video game easter egg is defined as a little secret that the developers threw into the game. It's supposed to be hidden and you have to usually do something you otherwise wouldn't do to see it, pulling the random bank guy = not relevant to what has to happen, = easter egg, no?
