downtown orlando is not dangerous. pinehills/ paramore is, (just west of downtown). If you stay east of Interstate 4 in the downtown distric its perfectly safe

I live in orlando, its starting to clean up, but with the size of the city there is bad crime. Personally myself I hate it here. too hot and humid, wish i lived in denver.

downtown orlando is not nice. in fact the only nice stuff to do in orlando is the parks... coz clubs sux.

During the 1990's you could take your family downtown at night when Church Street Station was booming. I wouldn't take my dog down there now.

Looks ok from the air. Just don't go downtown at night . It's very dangerous place. Don't confuse this with Disney World , Sea World or Universal Orlando
