@1017bandgeek its pretty easy to make an octopus, i made one today! as long as you can crochet a ball and cylinder shapes your sorted. the ball there is a video on youtube, for the limbs i chained two, slip stitched to make a ring. then made six single crochets into the ring, second round increased every second stitch to make 9 stitches, and then continued stitching in a continual round until i had it the length i liked and just sewed it straight onto the ball :)
