  • What emulator did you use which allows you to save and load while recording without anyone seeing you saved?

  • Remember kids, do not eat too much sugar.

  • Why's it bad to have two small in a row?

  • My record is only 113

  • 9-Volt on crack!!!

  • So, every 20 obstacles avoided changes the theme, and every 100 obstacles changes the block color AND theme!

  • 9-Volt: That's the last time I accept a map from Wario! I've been going round in circles!

  • THERE is NO SUCH THING as "luck manipulation". If anything, you're manipulating probability.

  • @Efreeti Pah! Semantic hodge podge.

  • @Efreeti xP what about a rabbit foot or s horse shoe??

  • @Efreeti Hey, stupid! First there is such a thing as luck manipulation in TASing and even NASing. what will happen in the game is usually determined by hidden variables and you can control it by pressing certain buttons at certain times.

  • No. It's a misnomer generated by the erroneous logic of the progenitors of the term.

  • @Efreeti he is actually manipulating the speed of jumps

  • I got to ~280 without slowdowns and savestates. i'm proud of that. but this is just madness.

  • the pauses are when savestates are used.

  • @sprocket2005 No, the savestates are always undetectable in a TAS. The pauses were used to manipulate the order of the obstacles.

  • @katsukawasojuro couldn't you time jumps slightly different for luck manipulation too? that would be my first idea tool assisting this. this is amazing though don't get me wrong.

  • @sprocket2005 No, the luck appears to be based on an internal timer that only be modified by pausing as jumps and crouches don't change your speed. However, you can use movements in the plane forever level to modify the obstacles as those do change your speed.

  • @katsukawasojuro Exactly! Detectable Savestates are considered sloppy and newbish.

  • years of practice lol

  • This was the best minigame ever.

  • Is this the real speed? WTF? o.O Should be impossible for humans...

    Nice TAS

  • He used slowdowns

  • I know but i mean, do this game really have this speed when playing normally? o.O

  • It gets faster the further you go along. It gets too fast to play for humans at about level 300.

  • Healing touch.

  • DO A BARREL ROLL!

  • whats up with the pausing?

  • It's needed to manipulate the obstacles, otherwise I could have only gotten up to about ~800 like in my other video. For example, it's impossible not to die at the end there due to the specific order of the final two hurdles.

  • HOW DO YOU GET THAT FAR!!!!!!??????

  • 9-Volt crying: "I'm just trying to get home!!!! WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS SHIT?!?!?!"

  • I put the tag "tool assisted" in the title to allude to the nature of the video. For more information on the rationale behind TASes, google for TASVideos.

  • my own record is 254

  • is this the DSi?

  • Of course. How else could this game be played so well?

  • that cracked me up XD

  • Nice! you got it! BAM crash and burn

  • XD "You got it!" *Crash n fail*

  • LOL jump jump jump jump BAM (falls)

  • OMFG o_o

  • omg was it THIS fast? or did u edit it?

  • That is the game at normal speed but I slowed the game down when I played to show what the game would look like if a human could play that well.

  • Oh noes! I have been discovered!

  • Ya, Rly.

  • A good place to start would be reading the video description.

  • wow...

  • It's like a flea jumping. X3

  • Holy shit! Should I be impressed?

  • Probably not. It only took 634 rerecords and a few hours to make. You should be entertained though (I hope).
