  • i had some one do the first one on me and he did it a little too hard and my shoulder was hurting for about 2 days.

  • Awesome Technique Marcos Avellan. FFA is the best gym i have ever been a part of i feel its my home away from home it hasent been a long time since i joined but i feel like its a huge family i love this gym and all the instructors!
