you can buy rhinestones for a really great price on ebay, and you can trust the people from hong kong. i got mine from them. just search 'nail rhinestones' and you should find a whole bunch of them. you can also get the dotting tools on there. just search 'nail dotting tool' and you'll find what you need. hope this works out for you. Though I am not expert by any stretch of the imagination, I always get compliments on my nails when I wear Fantasy Makers Glow in the Dark Nail Polish from Wet and Wild. It is clear and goes over any nails color. I got mine at Walgreens. People went TOTALLY nuts over my nails at a concert. Good luck with your party!

so i did a really cute black french tip with a glitter base and rhinestones along the smile line and the rhinestones didnt stay well... i put a clear coat on top of them to seal them and reapplied the clear coat every other day but i was still redoing my rhinestones.... i was wondering if i could use nail glue to get my rhinestones to last longer?
