  • Oh man, years ago had this album and apparently lost it in a move. I managed to forget the name of the band and thru a weird twist of events relearned it after 8 or so years! Now I can get reacquainted with awesome ska. YES!

  • i remember seeing them in 96 and being blown away, then i saw them in 99 and they were barely able to make it through a song. they seemed like they were not into it at all and struggling the whole time.

  • I saw these guys at 7 Willow Street in Port Chester and Coney Island High. Seems like a lifetime ago... but was likely 1994-1995.

  • it went out of business in 2000, stuff is still on amazon grab it before its gone forever some stuff has been re-released on asian man and other labels but most is out of print and is gonna stay that way. Moon ska is survived by moon ska europe which has changed its name to moon ska world it was a franchise and doesnt sell the back catalogue anymore since it was licenced from america so buy it while you can once they gone they gone

  • it was The Groove but was previously known as the after dark. goldenvoice and radio free did such a great job back then. just in 97 and 98 we had nofx, bikini kill, gutter mouth, suicide machines, blink 182, unwritten law, and many others.

  • this song / video kicks fuckin ass! i saw them live once and the "nubian nightmare" (or whatever he goes by) had his afro twisted up into two big devil horns and had his entire body painted red.
