Great video, but in my personal preference I'm not in favor of the PSP Go. The UMD slot is crucial for me, as I'm not too keen on 100% digital distribution. I'm just glad that this will be sold alongside the PSP 3000, instead of being a successor to it.

The PSP Go is a digital lifestyle system. It is meant for people that likes to download stuff. Its so you wont have to carry around UMDs everywhere you go. People should stop worrying about the UMD situation because are keeping the 3000 on shelves so they are obviously going to be making UMD games. Digital games are just the information that is put on UMDs. If you have a PSP with UMDs; you should probably not by a Go.

I've held it and it is such an awkward size, not even as comfortable as the current model. The screen is smaller which is annoying. No qwerty, No extra analog, smaller screen make this a poor effort from sony.

I wouldn't worry too much about the loss of umd, there will be a way of converting them for use on the new console.

The psp go is fully digital, it's a huge leap for gaming. I believe that some of us are afraid to go along with this trend and that's why they bash the psp go! Also, it's a common habit of us humans to force our opinion on others, sadly. I suppose things that aren't of one are most of the time being bashed.

You can play mp3, wma and atrac music files. For videos you need a video converter to convert video files to play it on this new psp go. If your internal flash memory is full, you can save games, music, photos, etc. On a external memory M2 card of 16gb if you prefer. This is what i want to know. Does any one knows if you can watch youtube videos on this new psp go as on the ipod touch. One more thing, for 250 dlls, i preffer to buy a XBOX360. Cause 250 plus headphones=350 dlls. M2 4GB=60-70dlls

uhh they call it the Go is because it doesnt have a UMD drive. You have to download the games instead. Its newer HDD system allows it to load games faster and its CPU is 40% faster than the PSP 3000.
