Mr. Fingers actually had nothing to do with this. The "house is a feeling" speech is Chuck Roberts and was originally featured on the track My House by Rhythm Controll. The acapella of that speech was then used for countless other house tracks, including being added onto Mr. Fingers' instrumental Can You Feel It. ;)
