You shouldnt run it that slow for loung, the oil pump pumps verry little oil at that RPM. remember on the As Bs Ks Zs FHs FGs FIs LS Ms Ss Ts Ps Qs Rs WAs and Is Ns WMs Us when equipted with an oil pump, the oil pump is run off the Cam shaft so it squirts 100 times a minit if the engine is running 200 RPM

@ehpower2 Its called a throttle... if its broken then so is every other engine on the planet without a fixed throttle including cars.... ever notice your car idles around 700rpm? Yea I thought so.
