20 seconds' googling reveals that the name of the theme music is just 'Monsterpiece Theater'. It was written by Sam Pottle (co-writer of the Muppet Show theme) as a parody of Masterpiece Theater's theme, which, according to Wikipedia, is the Fanfare-Rondeau from Jean-Joseph Mouret's first Suite de Symphonies.

I think I prefer this version.
