  • Former President of Singapore Mr. Yew is one of the finest leaders to be added to the history books...

  • I m from Singapore and really proud for it & it really shows bright message to both India & Pakistan how u can dump religion & participate in active development & economic prosperity of both people & economy rather shit religion which makes people keep hating each other & messing up. People at large have created religion n . If low resourced owned Singapore can do why not both countries! :D

  • Lee Kwan Yeu...Is the man... Who ever have don't belive go to Singapore & have a look..Well for our country "Pakistan" what a lovely place but the government is useless, corrupted & worst of all the peoples..Where are those ppls who use to think of other before themselfs ? You can got to any part of the world & only our ppls are causing problem everywere..Even in Singapore, Malaysia, UAE, HK ect. When will our ppls wake up..

  • Hi Mr Asif,

How come you understand his program which is in Urdu. If you can, then why your previous generation had such a big problem with Urdu in 1948?

  • i think thier was a huge lesson for me and that is i have huge plans but if i do not implement them they are nothing but waste.thanks a lot lee kuan and javed for reminding these basic thing to al of us

  • I have tremendous respects for Mr. Yew, the founder of Singapore. Indeed, Singapore is an enviable city-state and I have enjoyed myself every time I have visited it.

Given Singapore's rise from scratch over past several decades, it is only fitting that we pay attention to Mr. Yew's dictum: progress occurs not because of plans but because of ability to implement them. Given Pak's long history of 5-year development plans, we can be sure that our implementation has always been pathetic.
