Dallas Green's music, whether it be alexisonfire or city and colour has helped me get through the worst of my life. I used to cut myself, but by listening to his music, he made my tears more true, and inspired me to write my own songs/poetry. this has helped me a great deal, and i owe it all to him.

They slit because Dallas and Wade left to pursue their side projects, which is a huge bummer. I would feel bad for the rest off the band too, because it really seemed like they didn't want to break up in the articles I read. Dallas green just felt overwhelmed with doing Alexisonfire and City and Colour that he couldn't do it anymore.

Good luck with keeping clean. It's hard, and it may get harder, but use stuff like your love for DG to get you through those times you could definitely just pull your hair out. He has also helped me get through some tough shit and I'm about to go get my first C&C tattoo to represent. :]
