@gg2854ok No shit sherlock! (sigh) Another dipshit that didn't read the description. Get back to the counter at MacDonald's - the orders are stacking up!
Great idea, very artful editing. The time frame is quite plausible here - they must have been filming YOLT in Japan in '66. Bond and Beatles were two fantastic things of the sixties, and it's fascinating how they only very occasionally inter-twined. Of course Paul and George bought Aston Martin DB5's after seeing Goldfinger!
@Quasi8 Incorrect - this is the REAL footage from one of the Beatles performances at Budokhan hall from 1966. There are many bootlegs available now showing the day/night performance. They wore the black suits here and gray suits for the other performance.
@ClassicRocker679 The Beatles played in Japan and it was filmed. Not sure if it's ever been commercially released. In the movie I think Bond is watching sumo wrestlers.
It's funny because it works so well even if it is fake!

Bond's listening to the Beatles - without earmuffs! (See GOLDFINGER)

It would have made this otherwise forgettable entry in the Bond series a better movie.
"You Only Live Twice" was not a good Bond move.

"Like listening to the Beatles without earplugs..." - I think he said that in Goldfinger...

You had me completely convinced -- and I would never have known otherwise if you hadn't said this.

Bond did not like the Beatles, he made a crack about needing earmuffs in one of the movies

It's music from the First Anthology, so I doubt it was filmed in Japan.
