Alot of people probably cheat to mass rare candies once they get all the EVs they want for that level. Otherwise, it would take forever to get 6 lvl 100s. Believe me I've got at least 8 level one hundreds the fair way and it takes a LONG time. I did here something about people cheating like that in order to save a hell lot of time and not get bored to death lol. But I still consider it cheating. Only play with pokemon you've earned and trained fairly.

its not the rocks. the salamence had the item Life Orb which increases it's sp. attack/attack but take damage every time he attacks, so the porygon was just stalling so salamance would kill himself.
