@countrysongman I am sorry, somehow I missed this comment and question from you from three months ago. Thank you so much for stopping by. On nearly all my songs I am using a 1947 RCA 74B Ribbon microphone. It seems to suit my voice fairly well. I would really like to have a 40's or 50's era RCA 44B mic but I doubt that I could ever justify the cost.
