  • i'm here cos of popeye :)

  • It seems like we're born knowing this song. Funny how the background through the windows never changes althought the bus is in motion.

  • I don't about you, but I wash I was on that bus, even if it did crash later on. :)

  • THIS IS STILL ONE OF MY FAVORITE SONGS

  • I jut finished watching the movie on TCM and had to find the song, this was a great movie, thanks for putting it up

  • i dunno what made me want to watch this at 2:30am, but it was awesome =)

  • shame that today the passangers on the bus would probably beat the crap out of the guys

  • He floats through the air with the greatest of ease...

  • This seems like one of those songs you'd sing at a bar with random folk after a few drinks

  • i am so glad this is upoaded! my favorite scene from the movie, just stuck with me :D

  • I love when they sing in old films, because they all sing along! They sing with so much enthusiasm!

  • Was just introduced to this film in class, and I instantly fell in love with it--especially this scene!

  • @ReelNinja You and me both. :D

  • This movie is older than my grandparents O.O I didn't even know that was possible..

No, this video really got me wanting to watch the movie.

  • @7leintje93

Wow dude your grandparents are young. I was born in 88 and my grandfather on my father's side was born in 1899.

  • @SuperElm Whoaho! I was born in 1989, my mother in 1970, my grandmother in 1949 and my great grandmother was born the 20s sometime... 1927 I think?

Perhaps its the Irish eagerness to breed in my familial line, but... Well, there it is. :P

  • @baroquetea

I guess so. Both my father and his father had children in their mid forties. My mum's side is much younger though.

  • @baroquetea I was born in 1989 my mother in 1953, my grandma in 1921. my great grandma was born in the 1880s

  • @hep2jive As for me, I was born in 1959, my parents in 1938, grandma in 1917 and her mom in 1889 . And this song was an antique when ALL of them were born. Great tune, and lots of great covers on here.

  • @PoppaBlue59 yup!! ;D

  • Great scene!

I don't know why, but I thought I remembered a black woman singig as well, though that may have been from another movie's "group-singing" scene.

    Thanks for posting!

  • classic!

  • Truly a great moment in cinema.

  • The sailor is hilarious! Who played him?

  • @7BallCascade

Don't know, but I agree with you. He's so cute. He stole this scene. Love this movie. One of my all time favorites .

  • I'm pretty sure that if the bus hadn't gone off the road just then, those men would have started kissing.

  • LOL

  • The sailor just kills me! Awesome stuff. There will never be films made again like this...

  • love this scene. though i think the third guy puts the vaudeville act on a bit heavy

  • Great movie--an all-time classic. Nobody ever sings on the buses I ride on.
