Nothing was "stolen". Wars have always changed people's lives, yet you should not accuse later generations of "occupying" former territories. I visited Ostpreußen last summer and I met so many friendly and helpful people there who supported me in my search and illumination of the past.

You're right, we should not accuse the people who live, nowadays, in the territories which were stolen to Germany in 1945. They have no faults. Just like the young Germans: they have nothing to do with the Holocaust, and they should not be accused of anything; moreover, they should not feel any sense of guilt.
