Sold a (1) Kicker CVT with some Monster HD speaker wire and helped a bit on the install for $75. Destroyed the box and bought a (2) 12" box for $20 off my friend who just bought a ported one. 150+150+70-75+20. So I got (2) 12" Kickers in a box on a 2600 Watt amp for the cost of $315 :)

I used to have a couple W1s and i had W3s for a bit. The W1's costed me $120 a piece, and the W3s costed me $200 a piece. I sold them, and got ONE alpine type R 12 (that maxes out at 1500w) that pounds harder and it only cost $113. The W1 maxes out at 600. Always compare magnet sizes to costs.

However, often when people run speakers with to small of amps, they turn the bass boost up to much and cause clipped signals to be sent to the speaker. This does harm, and is the cause of many speakers deaths.
