Your Norfolk, Your Decision was Norfolk's first go at participatory budgeting - getting local people directly involved in deciding how a public budget is spent. Organised by Norfolk County Strategic Partnership, over 200 people took part in the final decision day and voted on a huge range of local projects. Norfolk County Council and the other partners are now learning from this pilot and other projects being undertaken this year,on how to involve more local people in decisions around budgets.
