It seemed to me like the Wizards of Waverly Place finale was oddly similar to Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. They had to fight the griffin, just like they had to fight dragons in Harry Potter. There was a big maze at the end where someone got their foot caught in a plant, exactly like in Harry Potter. I was a little disappointed that they couldn't come up with something a little more original.
