A very interesting way to avoid Steve hitting you by running behind him and then running away and leaving. By doing this you escape from Steve hitting you because it helps you to stock up on herbs and not waste them inappropriately when you reach this stage of the game. I should try this when I get this game and reach this part.

I hate how they killed Steve in the end. He was one of my favorite characters. I hope they bring him back in RE6 or some thing. 'Cause now that Wesker is gone, they have to have some kind of a bad guy. Maybe then he can get the girl in the end. XD

I tried doing what lucianorx did running into him, staying by his blind side to get him to open a gap to get around him

Everybody told me before that in Steve battle, taking at least 2 mixed herbs with ya is a must, --- if you still wanna play the game without a retry. Well you've told me a totally different story. Astonishing move and strategy! Will watch the rest of all your videos cauz i really enjoy!

It works because the axe has a minimum range.
