the qulity aint that bad i tried the SWF version vs Mpeg and the MPG won its the settings you use, make your average bitrate about 3,000 your low about 250 but set your hi to around 9,000 this is the safest high it will use your 3,000 for most of the vid but if it gets stuck with the detail it will jump up to 9,000 to solve it.
