    >Why does all this stuff happen, then?

    >It didn't happen.

    >D'-... You're fat.

    >I'm not fat.

This "mother" could deny the earth was round, if she wanted.

  • Defendant looks like she has downs.

  • I hope child services sees this episode and see the fact where the mother saids she denies everything at the end as red flags. This mother deserves to have her children taken away for the children's safety

  • Some moms will never admit they messed up and their kid is trouble. You could show video evidence of the little bastard stabbing someone to death, and she'd just deny it.

  • mother should be shot

  • Hmm... Where i grew up, if a boy didn't have a knife it was considered weird. But then again it's all about environment. I grew up in northern Idaho..... i think it's a lil different then growing up in Florida..... or wherever the hell this is.

  • This woman will be in denial even as they carry her boys to jail and she has to visit them there and when she goes in front of yet another judge cuz her lil boy did something else..she will always say she's a good mom. Perhaps if she got off her fat lazy ass, the boys wouldn't get in trouble.

  • I got my swizz army knife at age 6, and carried it every damn day.

I used it to cut strings, open soda bottles, sharpen pencils and cut erasers in half in order to give to friends.

What I never even thought of using it for included; Assault, Murder, Vandalism.

  • Fat bitch should not allowed to breed!!

  • I wonder what Children's Protective Services did when this went on the air in that city?

The mother should be convicted for Child Endangerment.

  • I'm a collector and bought my son his first knife at 1 year old... it is still in the showcase in our livingroom 13 years later.

  • In my book I got nothing against knives . I like them better then guns :)

But a 7years old shouldn't have a knife and if he does he should be supervised and the knife should be small so he doesn't hurt himself or others .This kid is showing sociopathic behavior though .

  • @LaoMa111

hell when i was 7, the only knife i had was the "Rambo set" complete with plastic hunter's knife, plastic grenade, compass, etc etc. lol, even if i did hae a real knife, at 7 i knew right from wrong. now i'm 31....what the hell? lol.

  • man, an 8 year old kid saying he's going to fix his problems is fucked up, the mom needs to stop being such a lazy mother

  • Logan is a little Michael Myers in the making running around with a butcher knife threatening people.

  • fucking future serial killer and a hill billy ass mother who thinks shes smart but just a lazy fat ass

  • Those street walkers are dumb, assuming they aren't speaking of this case specifically.

  • Bad mother, tie her fuckin tubes. This is why the establishment wants depopulation.

  • The defendant is a fucking moron !

  • Bad Mother & Yeah Some People Need A License To Breed.

  • It's cause whales can't supervise human kids....

  • His mom's prepping him to be on Maury in a couple of years.

  • Those children need to be taken away, she's not doing her job as a mother.

  • Those neighbours will be regreting that running that kid didn't finish him off...

  • That fat bitch needs to be a mother and take care of her kid how dumb can a mother be

  • White trash mother......should have that boy taken away!

  • JUDGE IS HOT <3

  • This is crazy

  • Even the kid thinks he needs to change, but that mother..

  • There is nothing wrong with a 7 year old owning a knife, but I do agree that a 7 year old shouldn't play with a knife. It's the fallacy of the mother's and grandfather's teaching that a knife is a tool not a toy. His lack of responsibility and mischief goes back to the mother.

  • People need licenses to breed.

  • @TheCurmudgen Parent license like in the TV show Dinosaurs, I agree

  • Mom says "HE AINT GOT NO PROBLEMS!!!"

    Kid says "Yeah....I have problems...."

  • The kid will be doing five to ten when he is seventeen years old.

  • @hfurjiskkr5 agreed, and the mother will be wondering why.

  • You never really know what goes on behind closed doors, this kid might be getting abused at home. Usually if a child is acting this way it might be a cry for help by getting attention. Abusers/criminals are often victims themselves early on in their lives. Neglecting a child emotionally can cause this as well.

  • Comment removed

  • That mother is a dumb fuck. Social Services should get involved.

  • shes too busy eating

  • Now I'm not totally disagreeing with the judge here, It's definitely not normal for a 7 year old to have a knife that size, but a kid having a knife isn't that awful. Lots of people that are hunters train their kids/ show them how to use knives, also a parent whose really into cubscouts or boyscouts might give their kid a pocket knife. It's all about how you train your kid, and that woman/grandpa didn't do a good job.

  • you fat fuck you ARE a bad mother and person, and obviosly you ARE a compulsive liar u bitch because you deny everything when theres witnesses involved

  • the next ma barker

  • the kid could be another charlie manson

  • Everyone is being really harsh on this kid, yeah he's done really stupid stuff but maybe his MOTHER should keep an eye on him. And alot is calling him a physco at seven but unlike his mother HE TOLD THE TRUTH. He didn't lie, he didn't bury his head under the sand (unlike his mom) he came out with it. Sometimes kids behave badly because they want attention, even if its negative. That seems to be the case here.

  • @Blazenix1 I disagree, society today likes to blame something, blame the parents, blame the adults, blame the parents, blame the neighbors, blame him, blame it, blame something, just don't blame the individual. I don't care who you are, where you grew up, who you grew up with. If you can't learn how to act in society then you don't belong. There are PLENTY of places to pick up how to act in society just from being alive or breathe. We really need to learn that it's not someone else's fault

  • @Eschatonx Well until the child is like twelve or thirteen, I agree but when you are a child you look at your parents for support. You'll find when children are neglected they often find ways to get attention someway even if it is negative. But the kid is still a kid, he hasn't matured yet and may still become a good adult. The first sign is he told the truth when his mother didn't.

  • @Blazenix1 Good point, and I see where you are getting that; but this kid obviously knows what he did was wrong and did it anyways. There is no question this mother is horrible I think most sane people can agree on that since she thinks she's raising this child perfectly fine. Children, even at a young age like 4 or 5 knows what's right and wrong, I'm sure you've seen the look on a child when you catch them in the act

  • @Eschatonx Sorry for the late reply, I agree. They do have a moral compass. Having worked in a childcare setting I can tell you I have seen that look in a childs face when they've done something wrong. I meant that he was doing it for a reason, he should still get punished for it, but he should be sat down and explained too why what he was wrong, what will happen next if he did it again. I would've been thrashed at his age if I did anything like that.

  • @Blazenix1 No big deal, just youtube discussions (which is meaningless time killer to begin with). And yes, I'm sure a lot of us who are somewhat older had much bigger consequences back then. I used to get a whoopin for forgetting my homework =P

  • This little monster is already a sociopath. God help those poor people who have to deal with him in person. I'd move.

  • I hate people like that dumb, fat bitch! What a horrible person and unfit mother. I hope CPS takes that kid to a nicer family. She doesn't deserve to have them.

  • i think he is a classic case of a kid on the path to being a psycopath (one that doesn't show emotions)

  • I've noticed that kids with a shaved head, usually causes trouble haha

  • At the end the guy says if Child Services heard about cases like this they would investigate. So why the hell don't they get notified about cases like this? Why aren't judges and courts compelled by law to notify appropriate serves when they encounter cases like this one??

  • @Kiwitek2000 Because, during this show, she's not an actual judge. This is legal arbitration where they are essentially a private lawyer handling this case. but they put it on as a court room with her presiding as a 'judge.'

In the 'real world,' they would be notified, as it's required by law.

  • I don't know, call me crazy. But, is it me. Or, did that kid bare a striking resemblance to Chucky. Yo, I'm just saying..

  • the mom still denies that her son scratched the car ... even after the son clearly told the judge that he scratched the car! I detest that dumb woman!

  • props to judge marilyn for telling that woman exactly what needed to be said!

  • This woman is not a parent. She is merely a breeder. She is a prime example of what is wrong with this culture today. It seems more and more that blame is easier to give than receive.

  • @RackedRabbi Yep, she's typical of so many people in western culture, not just the US as we recently saw in the UK. Of course they blame the US because they are being "Americanized". I actually heard that as an excuse from one woman during the riots. That and one 18 yo girl said "we're getting our taxes back". Not nearly enough people will take responsibility for their actions, especially with their children.

  • I like that kid but the mother is ignorant!

  • The defendant really pissed me off in the end.

  • mother up!

  • -.- That woman needs to control her child i mean like yeah she should check him to see if he has any stuff he is NOT suppose to carry and NOT Suppose to have but im sure this little dude can grow up to be very handsome and a good education

  • She looks like Lori Beth Denberg from All That

  • Lol

  • The kid is more mature and insightful then the mother.

    thats fricking sad.

  • Complete denial. Why do I say this?

    1) Her defense against the judgement is that it's just an opinion.

    2) Instead of seeing your faults to attack others to divert attention (ie drug addict)

I hope this kid can shed his mom out of his life in a good way

  • The guy from 00:20 is Gator from movie The Other Guys:-)

  • Well it is definitely the mother to blame in this case, she should look after her son instead of spending the whole day eating cookies and candy.

  • Look at that beauty sitting behing Logan in the seats!!!!! Just pause it when the camera is on Logan. She is behind his right shoulder. She is REAL NICE!!!

  • All the defendant can say is that the plaintiff is a drug addict ~ what's her excuse for being so dumb and ugly with her little sidekick, Damien.

  • god dam that chick with black hair is hot in a damaged goods sort of way

  • Everything would have been better if he just was given a video-game system instead of a knife and bike.

  • That's what happens when you keep your child in the back yard all his life.

  • You tell her. Her Honor knows what she's doin and how to do it

  • denial is not the river in Egypt

  • JUDGE MILEAN IS SOOOOOOOOOOO SEXY

  • Jeez, what a mother! Suppose the little kid is running with the knife and he trips and falls on it?! I'm sure he's not a bad kid - he's 7; he doesn't know any better! But he will be a bad adult if he isn't given some appropriate guidance.

  • this kid is gonna end up in prison if his mom keeps this up.

  • a 7 year old is not too young to have a knife... i had a knife and I used it to clean fish and fix stuff when I was 5... but i didnt threaten anyone or slash tires... its all about parenting... my dad and mom would punish me so hard if I did anything even close to this... my ass would be so sore I wouldnt be able to sit down today, and Im 23

  • @sacrublood I handled knives when I was about his age, and it can be done in a responsible way with adult supervision (crafts, nature stuff, etc.). Unfortunately there have been so many terrible incidents with kids and weapons since then that I can see why many people would have a zero tolerance policy on it. He certainly shouldn't have had it at school.

  • @sacrublood Yeah I had a nice at 5 too. My dad bought it for me. I also knew how to properly use it and when the proper times to use it were. Bad parenting here. The kid needs a more supervision.

  • wow tht mother is dumb!

  • This kids would be better off raising himself!!! This mother is a dumb dumb ass!!

  • This kids would be better off raising himself!!! This mother is a dumb dumb ass!!

  • WOW

  • she is a bad mom , if she lets her 7-8 year old get suspended for carrying a knife into school, Judge Millan , should get social services involved

  • WOW, just WOW! The seven yo gets it and the mom is still in denial. I hope this was enough to scare that lil boy straight. I'm sure that the local courts are familiar with this woman and her brood.

  • LOL!!!!!!!

  • is it just me or did it look like the plantiet look like she was having withdrawls during this, she

  • This is not her "opinion", this is her RULING !

  • I don't see a problem with the kid having a knife. By his age, I was on my way for my 3rd pocket knife. It's just a case of teaching your kid how to use it and be careful. But his mom didn't do any of that, and let him ride around when he isn't ready for it and lets him threaten people, so she sounds like she isn't the best mom in the world.

  • @Muscleduck I agree. Almost any tool can be misused, including a knife, which is why it's so important for parents to make sure that their children know right from wrong before they allow them unsupervised access to potentially dangerous tools.

I feel very sorry for the boy. He's intelligent enough to get into a lot of trouble unless he gets the guidance he needs.

  • My friend carrys a knife then again we have to where I live

    (were not 7 hahahah)

  • i think that lady was nervous, so she couldn't talk properly

  • Damn now am getting hooked to The People's court too!

I like Judge Milan, she comes across as a smart, intelligent woman...& seems as though (unlike Judge Judy who I am already addicted to), she only turns up the heat when people are lying to her...?

So here is my 'newbie' question: Judge Milan accepts affidavits/sworn statements from people who aren't present? I know Judge Judy doesnt do that.

& Would these documents be valid if it were a real courtroom ?

  • what an ugly person.

  • Yes, the defendant is only enabling her son by burying her head in the sand about his behavior. No argument there, but just look at him. Buzz cut at age 7, stare of a hawk, no emotion, never blinks... There's far more going on than just negligent parenting.

  • @EvilHippy38 thats exactly what i thought as well... his face looks like a miniature version of an adult thug...have never seen that kind of expression on a kid...feel so bad for him though...

  • @EvilHippy38

    spot on!

  • @EvilHippy38 I agree with you regarding the mom completely, however, I think you're deflecting your own interpretation of that boys mannerisms. I'm a mother as well, of 5 mostly grown children. All I saw with that boy was a very scared little boy. Honest, and confused, but very intimidated, nervous and afraid, which is perfectly acceptable considering he was in a court room being questioned by a judge.

  • @ciniful Noooo, IDK about that. Maybe, but I cetainly see things differently. I hope you're right though.

  • @EvilHippy38 Yeah? I had a hard time picking up on that. If he /was/ that scared it hardly shows. In fleeting moments at most. It just worries me how little his guilt shows -- especially considering that he threatened someone with a knife. And at that age? I'm not one to judge but that concerns me as to how he'll develop...

  • @EvilHippy38 Yep, if that little fucker ain't crazy as hell then I don't know who is.

  • @EvilHippy38 The greatest punishment I can give this kid is leave him in room with nothing but a TV showing back to back episodes of Sesame Street on the importance of safety.

  • @ShadowLinkxMaster Hah, I'll thumbs up that!

  • @EvilHippy38 lol its a kid not charlie manson

  • Dame that P cant talk for sh*t ...the kids speaks better than her! But that D needs to get a grib on that poor kid before its too late. poor him :( hes the one suffering.

  • @kramos711 its the neighbours that are suffering.

  • BIG FAT BAD MOTHER

  • The money the defendent asked for is about half what they paid to dress his 7 years old for the court...

  • the child admits he did it and the mom still denies it she needs to watch her kids more

  • What was the defendant shaking her fat head for while Judge Millian was delivering her verdict? And the son, as cute as he is said to be, I think will grow up to be the kind of person who kills Craigslist hookers.

  • Kid looks like a sociopath.

  • @EvilHippy38

yes. shows no emotions except the "hey, whatever" attitude and has anger. won't be surprised if he gets killed or incarcerated in a few years from now. his fat, stupid mom should be served as meat to the disturbed neighborhood.

  • useless defendant needs to have the child taken away from her - what an irresponsible blind piece of shit . . .

  • 00:20 if thats not a drug dealer I have lost all faith in my ability to stereotype people

  • @ImIsidore Don't worry, you haven't lost her touch - you still got it! ;)

  • Denial

  • No blades until 12.

  • LMAO the guy in the beginning with the Mr. Cool Guy shades. "...put in a situation where something MIGHT BAD HAPPEN."

    Very nice, haha.

  • @lolgtfo23

i lol'd as well. ARTICULASHAUN lol.

  • Poor kid.

  • What was the deal with the woman filing the complaint, she looked like she was on drugs.

  • How nice, her son can do no wrong and shes the best mother, how nice.

  • Parents are too lazy and distracted today..

  • Dear God! She's on top of things?? Well, yeah, she's on top of her common sense! Get your ass off of it so it can talk to you, you moronic woman!

  • something might bad happen 0:32

  • That poor little boy has felony assault charges in his future.

  • Even at the end, I could see Judge Milian's words just wash over that inattentive ignoramus who is a pitiful excuse for a parent. The defendant believes that she is always right, and that is why she will never take responsibility for her actions. It's tragic that there are so many people like her in the world who spend more effort in denying blame for problems rather than actually solving them. There's no wonder why that poor kid has unresolved issues.

  • @charmedmagic92 Number 1 problem in the world today.

  • even the child is better than that big mama

  • Her son knows he needs to behave better now but the mothers like everyones a drug addict he never does nothing wrong lol

  • maybe she should have threatened DSS like judge judy did that one time

  • She told the defendant

  • this should be on a FAIL BLOG! or else ill bring a knife to your house and wave it and tell you... that i will cut your tires.... go ahead and tell my mom!

  • smh worst parenting ever

  • This woman needs to be forcably sterilized with a rusty can opener.

  • This episode should be titled, "The World's Mother in Denial with an Appetite for Arrogance"

  • Come on guys, that lady is an excellent mum. That other woman is just a lying drug addict! And those other neighbours? Well they must be paedophiles and serial killers! Clearly it's the only explanation for their deceit.

  • If I hear anyone complain about the plaintiff's voice, this is my response:

    v=CZkIbKxFec8

I think she's stressed out over this. I would be too if I met a mother and son like this and had these problems. Or maybe the stuttering and slow speech is something she has to live with. Lots of people have to live with it. My respect for her is now higher since I now know she has to deal with people like that, whether she knows it or not.

  • CPS should get involved in this case, if they aren't already from other reports. This woman is clearly not fit to raise a child. The way she refuses to take responsibility for her lack of action, despite her child admitting to having a knife in his posession, is an absolute disgrace. The way this is panning out, the kid is going to end up in jail one of these days. And I bet you 20 bucks the mother will continue to deny responsibility for that - that's just how this type of person acts.

  • THE MOTHER OF THE KID DESERVED THE DRESSING DOWN SHE GOT FROM JUDGE MILIAN. SHE IS OBVIOUSLY ONE OF THOSE PPL WHO CAN SEE NO WRONG IN THEIR OFFSPRING. SHE WILL PAY FOR IT DOWN THE LINE.

  • its like these people just learned to speak English.... and uhm... and uhm

  • CPS will have a field day here

  • @SimsMoyal BTW - the guy with the hoodie and the sunglasses - who exactly he thinks he is ?!

is he like Bud Bundy that decides that he is a bad boy rapper from the tough streets of New York ? cause it's certainly looks like it

  • Seriously... This kid is going to grow up and become WAY more mature then his ignorant mother will ever be or even hope to be.

  • The only thing that mother is on top of is a freaking twinkie.

  • @f1vendetta No, she's on top of her sugar daddy making more babies. God help us all, for I fear for the future of our race!

  • See the plaintiffs face at the end, still confuzed....and to the defendant, You just got caught red handed, the LEAST you can do is nut up and own to your mistakes. YOU don't deserve to be taking care of three other lives. Shame on you. Some one call CPS/DCS on her.

  • @MrFBCBsales

I agree......... She needs to get her act together.

  • She didn't hear a word the judge said. So sad.

  • What an ugly pig of a woman.

  • @MrFBCBSALES thants not nice :<

  • @MrFBCBSALES You were pretty ugly also on another comment.

  • @MrFBCBSALES How dare you insult pigs like that! I absolutely refuse to allow you associate a monstrocity like that with my favorite breakfast meat most commonly known as bacon. I pigs were that ugly, I wouldnt ever eat bacon, it the principle of the matter. =P

  • @xinecallaw Truer words have never been spoken.

  • @xinecallaw thanks for the laugh..

  • as always, parents have to be the good ones - least the kid acknowledges he's done wrong stuff and wants to change

@OrangeOceanOctopus - because they have to be in the right, no matter how wrong you are?

  • maybe the mom will get a wake up call when she goes to visit her son in juvie

  • i can see this kid becoming a lot more mature than his negligent mother in just a couple years, she is really stubborn

  • i can see this kid becoming a lot more mature than his negligent mother in just a couple years

  • the kid is saying not good cause his mom is going to beat the crap out of him or eat him

  • so sad, the mother in denial, and the child owning up to what he did

  • what is wrong with the guy with the sunglasses and the hood ? who is he trying to be ? who does he think he is ? i really hate people trying to pose like that with sunglasses and a hoodie and "yo bro what's up - i am cool"

  • It is normal for kids to be curious about dangerous things like knives or matches.

It is NOT normal for a kid to threaten others with knives. To threaten to cut them up.

Whether it is a result of biology or environment (likely both), this kid will grow up to commit antisocial acts. In psychology, we are not supposed to label children as future sociopaths because the mentality is that such tendencies cannot exist in a child.

I have never agreed with this. Studies are taboo when examining this

  • Fat arse flurge.
