Jimmy and Arnie both have a body double (arnie's body double is Josh Pence) they film the scene normally (so for example Arnie and Josh shake their hand etc ...). Then they change Josh's face with CGI (they "remove" Josh's face and then digitally put Arnie's face that they recorded in a studio).

It's technic is explained in the Social Network article on wikipedia.

Actually both doubles are just actors and its been staged and prepared.

For example, 4:45, when Jimmy double (who wears different tie btw:P) speaks, we can hear his voice, which is very different from Jimmys. 5:19 when Jimmy double speaks again, there is playbacked message instead. Same was done with Armies. Second actor was used for double and entire dialogue was playbacked. You can see in one moment whispering real Armie "good one" after their dialogue.

Still, its awesome piece of work.
