No we're not at war with Afghanistan, perhaps years ago when the Taliban was in charge you could say we were at war with Afghanistan, but a formal declaration of war was never made. These people making IED's aren't soldiers, they're civilian terrorists.

That explosion was underneat the road...it was not Vehicle detonated. Which means there was a trigger man hiding somewhere near the area..Obvious this guys were national guard coz they did not look for the trigger man.

Most of the armored vehicles are designed to withstand that kind of abuse, though it depends on how many explosives are used. Sadly, they aren't perfect and any vehicle that misses one of those is damn lucky
