@1995Browntown YES! Depending on which sections of the novel are written and acted out, Every sitcom has heartbreak, tradgedy and death and most novels have joy, gratiitude and a happy endings. Not to mention that most novels are converted into films such as The Twilight Saga, The Hunger Games as well as Harry Potter. In this case this novel would be convertd into a sitcom, displaying the good and hard times of Afghani citizens. I would be one to watch the show! :) -Kelly D
Also, you could have included the part where they go back to Herat and get Mariam's possessions that Jalil left for her at Mullah Faizullah's son's house......that was a really important part in my opinion because it shows how Jalil is not all bad, he regretted his actions his whole life, and left the Pinocchio tape for her in case she ever wanted to watch it.....
but for a short term project, it was pretty good :)
Why did you skip over the part where it mentions that Rasheed tried to make Laila think Tariq was dead? That's an important part! And I really wish you included Zalmai and Aziza more!
@TheChristianFairy yeah i know...actually we had a time limit for our project and so we couldn't include that part. And we were gonna bring in Zalmai (performed by my little nephew) but he wasn't home.... :)
I think its perfectly nderstandale that you guyys are still teens and have tv's and cars... but you managed to make it look realistic anyways! i love it! thanks <3
