I downloaded the route but it doesn't work. It says there is some sort of error. How do I fix this?

Which version did you download? The executable or the multi-folder one?

It was the multi folder one. I put them into one big folder like it said but it never worked. It happens to all of the routes I get.

Can anyone help me? If I want to change a horn, i put it into the engines sound folder but it wont work!!

You need to re-name it to the name of the horn that's already there. -Brandon

This is a great route but you need to get some sounds for your freight cars!!! I reccommend the TERW website. They are great and FREE!! plus they have good engine sounds too!

Hey how do you get the common sound on the dash 9s to work because mine says can't find sms file for the cab or eng.

You need to alias the files from the common folder. basically write out its directory in the eng and cab parts. Here is an example:

sound ..\\..\\MC.SND\\MC_EMD710\\CRS­D_cab.sms

I have heard that putting the "..\\..\\" right before the alias cvf file works too, so you don't hae to write out all the folder names, but I haven't tested it out myself.

You can get the Pocahontas Route at Train Sim. Download the installer version. It's easier that way.

Well the route does come with defect detectors in it. The ones you hear I dubbed in with Movie Maker. Just for better realism.

Well there are a few reasons for that. One is that the route is so big that I tried to fit the most popular places. Another is that it may not have been easy to start near. I'm sorry I skipped your hometown.
