amazing video guys thanks for sharing with us i really want to do it with my brothers soon, how many days dose it take and how did u arrange the bed and breakfast along the rout ?
@ammar7777 actually, it's been awhile since we went. Your biggest obstacle is to get permission to get into Tibet. Most go via a bike tour group. Many stretches of the road we were on were not paved, but I expect that all of them are paved now. So that will cut the time down. I'm thinking a conservative two weeks to get from Lhasa to Katmandu with a few rest days in there. Don't underestimate the elevation! Regarding sleep, you can stay in the towns, but have a tent as back up.
We have one more short about Katmandu. But we've recently done another mini-epic through Tailand and that film series should be coming out in the next month. India would be great though. Good idea!

Thanks for taking so much trouble in editing and posting these fantastic videos - brings it all back to me.
Did you do it on your own? Or did you have a guide/truck support through Tibet?

We did it on our own. I was awesome, we checked out your vid too, and it seems like the place has changed a lot!
Cheers
