Have you ever used gel liner, because I want to know if you can put it on your waterline because you can't put liquid liner on it.

@VideoGurl7789 I have gel liner but i don't use it very often, it is good to use as a base for black eyeshadow though. I'd say it is best just to user pencil liner on your water line, although i am no expert (; x

just be sure to use a small brush and try to pull your waterline away from your actual eyeball so you don't put the product on your eye.

@bibihumanoid No i use a conditioner based dye so the dye is friendly to my hair, i use a deep conditioning mask once a week by aussi. xxx
