Can you tell me what the sign is that has the

One of my favorite songs and thank you!! :) This is very inspiring to people like me who are learning American Sign Language. You are very talented! I am also working on my own version of ASL Gloss for this song but need a little help. For the lyrics I always turn the car around and it's always back to you I do like your way of signing this but I dont want to mimic or copy your version. Is there any other way I could sign this?

I take sign language in school, and the emotions expressed in everyday speaking can never be truly understood by taking sign language in a classroom. It really is true that music is the best way to communicate, even if there aren't any words. Keep up the amazing work.

I wish I could sign like you can. I am hard of hearing and am learning. I try to teach my friends what little I know (because sometimes its just easier to understand) but they dont really seem to want to pick it up as much as I do. Anyway, that was my rant. I love how you did this song!

no, im not Deaf, but there are ways that if i was that i could learn the lyrics.

for instance, if i had a good bass player attached when i played music, i could feel the beats.. or i could have a video that told me what lyrics were up next. :)

I love all of your videos! I just had a couple questions. When the lyrics say "I always turn the car around" are you signing like he is walking back to the other person? Also when the lyrics go "how many times" what are you signing?

correct!

the song is saying that the guy keeps trying to walk away from this girl, because things dont work out with her, but he always finds himself ending up going back to her. and he tries to convince himself that hes fine without her, but he keeps going back to her.

so yes, when he says 'turn the car around', hes saying he keeps going back to her. which is what i sign. :]

and how many times part is glossed: "INSULT ME, MOCK ME. MY SOUL SHATTERED HOW MUCH". hope that helps. :]
