They've announced that you can pvp in the game world, like out in the streets for instance, just like duelling in WoW, etc...no factions yet that I've heard, so I don't think you can go about killing folks yet...*crossing fingers* but duelling you right click on the player to duel, they accept, and a rocket comes down setting up an energy field which keeps others out of the fight and sets up the mini arena. :) good times

ur gona be able to make super groups(factions) - which allow u to work together in PvP Zones, so if ur in the same SG u wont be able to target each other. Will make awsome Faction versus Faction fights.

u can pvp every were just u have to be on pvp to pvp so if your on pvp and u want to attack some1 then he has to be on pvp or it doesnt work except on some quests that u do that when u accept them u have to be in pvp or it cant do the quest.

If DCUO allows pvp everywhere like you say then it's a doomed game. Many people just plain suck at pvp and will never be competitive against dedicated pvpers. People won't pay to play a game where they expect to have superpowers yet everytime they log on they get their ass handed to them by a skilled pvper.

Gear is apparently an option to show or not, much like WoW where you can toggle off cloaks and that jazz so it won't muck up your appearance.

Oh, and I'll bet you're one of those PvP-mongers that camps out on people in an unfair manner.

Besides, this isn't strictly an MMORPG. Loosen the RPG part and this is what you get, a game well-worth enjoying where no one feels "left out" by gear, level or skill.

You are delusional if you think the 360 version won't have a monthly fee. It will be the same as the pc version. Just because you have Xbox-LIVE doesn't mean jack shit for a game that's running on the developer's custom made MMO servers.

Expect the game to be the typical $15 a month and around $12 or so a month depending on the different payment methods(pay each month, 3 months, or 6 months, etc).

Hey guys, Ive been playing the beta for a while now, and I can tell you that they are working really hard. The game is so much fun to play, I created sort of a ninja/dark energy shadowy guy that can teleport around. Feels a bit like Night Stalker at times. Anyways, the game is literally getting better every day. The tutorial was shit when it first came out, and then a week later they responded to our distress and made the tutorial AWESOME. You are all going to love it.
